Lawyer’s fees are determined freely, with the client’s consent, taking into consideration:

  • common practice,
  • the client’s financial situation,
  • the case’s complexity,
  • the time spent on the case,
  • the lawyer’s reputation, seniority and experience.

The lawyer and its client together decide on which basis the fees will be set, depending on the type of case (time-based, fixed price, subscription…).
